Junior Laker Basketball

Jr. Laker Basketball is pleased to offer the following programs:

Co-Ed Kindergarten

Boys 1st/2nd Grade

Clinic: Introduction to basketball; focus on skills and drills to develop basketball fundamentals in a fun environment.
Frequency: 1x per week
Capacity: 25 per grade
Cost: $50

Girls 1st/2nd Grade

Clinic: Introduction to basketball; focus on skills and drills to develop basketball fundamentals in a fun environment.
Frequency: 1x per week
Capacity: 25
Cost: $50

Boys 3rd/4th Grade

Transitional: Continuation of skills and drills clinics with the addition of scrimmages and games (3 v 3, 4 v 4, 5 v 5)
Frequency: 2x per week
Capacity: 25 per grade
Cost: $80

Girls 3rd/4th Grade

Transitional: Continuation of skills and drills clinics with the addition of scrimmages and games (3 v 3, 4 v 4, 5 v 5)
Frequency: 2x per week
Capacity: 25 per grade
Cost: $80

Boys 5th/6th Grade

League: Players are evaluated and a draft format is used to form teams; all participants are placed on a team
Frequency: 1 practice and 1 game per week + playoffs (Evaluations will be held prior to Thanksgiving)
Capacity: 60-80 (volunteer coach dependent)
Cost: $80

Girls 5th/6th Grade - NEW!

League: Players are evaluated and a draft format is used to form teams; all participants are placed on a team that will compete against each other and against Denville PAL teams
Frequency: 1 practice and 1 game per week + playoffs (Evaluations will be held prior to Thanksgiving)
